The Golden State Warriors have won their second NBA Championship in a row over the weekend with a 4-0 sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
In what was described as an "embarrassing performance" by Mark Jackson, ESPN commentator and former basketball star, the Cleveland crowd was left extremely disappointed in their team after they crumbled under the pressure.
Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant copped an impressive 57 points together. Durant took home the Finals' MVP for the second year running.
Although LeBron was a part of the losing team, it was revealed that he had played the last few days with a "severe bone contusion" in his hand after he punched a blackboard in the locker room a few games prior. He said it was "self-inflicted, due to emotions running high. I pretty much played the last 3 games with a broken hand."
It seems that the Cavs were doomed to repeat their mistakes from last year and paid the ultimate price in front of their home crowd.
