Young Atlanta rappers Gunna & Lil Baby have become a rapping household name since their collaborative releases began coming out this year. Their tune 'Drip Too Hard' was one of the top five most-streamed songs in America the week of September 26, with the only tunes bringing in more money were 'I Love It' and 'Sicko Mode'.
This means that the pair is highly regarded despite their age in the game - and they should be. Since the release of their collab project, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The album features Drake, Young Thug, NAV, and Lil Durk, and shows everyone that they are the up-and-coming rappers from Atlanta.
Turbo did most of the production of the album, moving from heartfelt tracks like 'Close Friends' to more trap-style tunes like 'I Am'. Only 3 of the 13 tracks feature anyone other than the OG pair. The diversity and versatility of the tracks prove that this pair is one to watch. They are definitely worthy of the hype they have been receiving.
