Christmas Delivery Guarantee T&C’s
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm NZDT Saturday 17th December 2022
- Total order product value must be over $100
- New Zealand shipping addresses only
- Jump the Queue must be selected and paid in full. Orders placed with standard shipping or have refunded shipping costs are not eligible for the guarantee
- Must apply within shipping methods & time frames listed above
- If the parcel is not received by 6:00 pm NZDT 24th December (Christmas Eve), the customer must reach out to our team xmas@culturekings.com.au to receive their 100% digital gift card.
- Customer must reach out between 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (NZDT) on 24th December to be eligible for the gift card
- Does not apply to parcels taken to the post office for collection
- Does not apply to orders that have refunded shipping costs
- Does not apply to orders with refunded order lines that brings total order value under $100
- Does not apply to parcels that are redirected to another address
- Does not apply to any orders held up due to security checks
- Does not apply to orders shipping to PO BOX or Parcel Pick Up Point
- Does not apply to orders with invalid shipping or contact details
- Does not apply to parcels attempted delivery
- Does not apply to military base addresses
- Does not apply to parcels that are requested to be safe dropped
